What I do at Brivo


As a Senior Manager of Customer Success at Brivo, my focus is on driving retention, adoption, and expansion through the cultivation of deep, long-term partnerships with our most valuable clients. My team and I strategically manage the entire customer journey, from initial onboarding through to renewal. This involves proactively identifying and addressing at-risk accounts, effectively championing user needs internally, and ensuring that product utilization is closely aligned with the client's strategic business objectives to guarantee maximum return on investment (ROI).

Prior to joining Brivo, I cultivated a valuable skill set through key positions at prominent organizations, including Verizon Wireless and Wells Fargo, as well as the impactful non-profit organization Network for Good.
