Lead Brivo’s Learning & Development organization, including university programs, content and learning systems. Manage the team that designs and delivers training for employees, resellers and customers worldwide. Oversee Brivo University, our online learning platform, and the Brivo Technical Certification program for resellers. Run company-wide programs such as New Hire Orientation and our leadership development programs. Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Product to match training to business needs, and hire for roles such as instructional designers and trainers.

I’m the Senior Director of Learning & Development at Brivo, based in Maryland, with more than 15 years of experience in the cybersecurity, access control and high-tech sectors and more than 10 years in people management. I joined Brivo in October 2019 as the Learning and Development Manager, where I launched our first learning management system and built the L&D team. I grew into roles as Senior Manager and Director before taking my current role in January 2026. Along the way I launched Brivo University, which has trained more than 12,000 users since 2020, built a reseller certification program, and founded leadership programs that have increased internal promotions. I use the ADDIE framework to design training that is measured for results, and I serve on the advisory board of the School of Business at Shenandoah University.
