Rachel Richey leads Brivo’s Sell-With sales division, bringing 15 years of sales experience and 12 years in revenue leadership. She sets the division’s strategy, develops sales leaders, and builds the structure, clarity, and accountability teams need to perform at a high level.

Rachel stays connected to frontline execution, providing targeted coaching and strategic support on complex opportunities while empowering managers and sellers to exercise strong judgment and lead with confidence. Her leadership approach focuses on removing organizational barriers, strengthening sales execution, and creating consistent standards that support ownership and decisive action.

Throughout her career, Rachel has sold into and led teams serving a broad range of industries, with particular depth in industrials, manufacturing, healthcare, and banking. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and has a strong interest in nutrition and health science.
