Peter Fernandes

Senior Operations Manager at Brivo in Austin, Texas. I lead end-to-end manufacturing operations and manage a team of about 20 associates and technicians. I own production planning and scheduling so we meet delivery and quality targets, and I work across teams to set and enforce safety and operational standards. I use production and quality data to find and drive improvements.

I’ve spent more than 30 years in manufacturing and operations in Austin. I started in semiconductors at Motorola and Freescale, where I was Director of Manufacturing and then Plant Manager, leading a facility with 800 employees. I later led global lean initiatives and helped decommission and repurpose factory equipment. After that I spent 13 years at Dell in quality and program management, then led CNC manufacturing for the semiconductor industry at Fathom Digital Manufacturing. I joined Eagle Eye Networks in 2023 as Senior Operations Manager, and I continued in that role at Brivo after the two companies merged. I studied at the University of Vermont.
