Anthony Tyler
Manufacturing Supervisor
What I do at Brivo
I lead the manufacturing line team and make sure we build a quality product on schedule. I plan the weekly production schedule, track throughput, manage the bill of materials and inventory, and work with Product Management and Quality Assurance to keep the equipment running. I also look for ways to improve our workflow using Lean principles, and I interview candidates for the team.
Why Brivo
Brivo is a good place for someone who likes building real products. The manufacturing team works closely with Product and Quality, so you see how your work affects the final product and the customer. We care about quality and about continuous improvement, and you’ll have room to suggest changes and see them put in place.
Who am I?
I’ve worked in manufacturing and operations for about ten years. I started as a Supervisor at Mr Green LLC in Pennsylvania, then joined Harley-Davidson, first in Quality Assurance and then as a Production Supervisor leading teams on the shop floor. In late 2023 I moved to Austin to work as a Manufacturing Supervisor at Eagle Eye Networks. When Eagle Eye and Brivo merged, I became part of the Brivo team in 2026. I also work as a portrait, wedding and events photographer.
Advice for prospective candidates
Be ready to talk about how you’ve led a team and handled a production problem. For manufacturing roles, bring examples of quality, scheduling or safety improvements you made and the results. We value people who communicate clearly and are comfortable working on the floor with the team. Ask about the product and the process, because it shows you’re interested in the work.
