Who am I?
Started at Eagle Eye Networks in March 2019 as a Customer Care Representative. Within the last 7 years I have been promoted 4 times. Customer Care Representative -> Customer Care Lead -> Customer Care Supervisor -> Customer Success Manager -> Manager Reseller Success. With the merger with Brivo, I am solely focused on the East Coast.
