Paul Luedke

I am the Senior Manager of Quality Assurance for the Austin team at Eagle Eye Networks / Brivo. I manage an eleven-person team of embedded QA engineers across multiple product and engineering teams, and I coordinate with our Bangalore QA organization on shared tooling, coverage strategy, and cross-team initiatives. My focus right now is on three things: stabilizing and restructuring our test infrastructure, building an automation orchestration roadmap, and developing the people on my team into stronger engineers and future leaders.

I have spent my career building and scaling QA functions from the ground up, most recently joining Eagle Eye Networks to take on a senior manager seat that had been vacant for several months. Before this role I worked across a range of companies where I developed a strong conviction that quality engineering is most effective when it operates as a peer function to development, not a gate at the end of a process. I also have hands-on AI engineering experience, which increasingly shapes how I think about test automation and tooling strategy.
