What I do at Brivo
I lead Brivo's global controllership function across our US, Netherlands, India, and Japan entities, reporting to the CFO. My team owns accounting operations, the monthly close, consolidated financial reporting, and treasury operations, and I lead our SOX 404 readiness program as we prepare Brivo for its next stage as a public company.
Key responsibilities:
Monthly close and consolidated financial statements for the combined Brivo/Eagle Eye Networks organization, on NetSuite
Monthly close and consolidated financial statements for the combined Brivo/Eagle Eye Networks organization, on NetSuite
- Management reporting and review for the CFO and executive team
- SOX 404 readiness program owner: control design, documentation, and remediation, partnering with IT, Revenue, FP&A, and our external auditors
- Treasury operations, cash management, and banking across all entities
- Tax and statutory compliance coordination with our outside advisors in the US, India, and Japan
- Audit relationships and IPO-readiness work, including technical accounting and combined financial statements
I bring 30+ years across public accounting and industry, with a focus on building scalable finance operations through mergers, ERP implementations, and public-company readiness.
