Lead Brivo’s global data center operations from Austin, Texas. Manage the teams and processes that keep our data center facilities and infrastructure running reliably. Coordinate data center technicians and work with Infrastructure and Engineering leadership on capacity, facilities and operational planning. Partner with recruiting to hire the technical talent the data centers need.

I’m the Global Data Center Operations Manager at Brivo, based in Austin, Texas. I hold an MBA and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and I studied at the University of Texas at Austin. I came to data centers through a career in engineering and operations. At Samsung Electronics I was a Senior Facilities Engineer and Gas Team Lead for more than five years, and at Meta I managed product data operations. Earlier I worked in oil and gas as a project engineer and field engineer, leading projects from planning through execution. I joined Brivo in January 2024. 

Be ready to discuss hands-on experience with data center equipment, such as rack and stack, server assembly, electrical and cooling basics, and Linux fundamentals. Please note that reliability and safe procedures matter a great deal in this work, so give examples of how you follow a process carefully. Ask about how the team handles on-call and maintenance, because it will tell you what a typical week looks like.
